Do I need to know Korean before joining?
Not at all. Our Beginner classes start from Hangul, the Korean alphabet, and assume no previous study. If you already know some Korean, the level guide on each class page will point you to the right starting place.
Are classes live on Zoom?
Yes. Every group class is taught live on Zoom at the scheduled time, so you can ask questions and practise speaking with your teacher and classmates. Your Zoom link appears in My Learning once you are enrolled.
What Korean levels are available?
Classes run from Beginner through Intermediate and Advanced, plus focused tracks for Conversation, TOPIK preparation and Korean culture. Each class page lists its level and what you should already know.
How do I join a class?
Open the class you want from Online Group Classes, choose Enroll, and complete checkout. Your account and enrolment are created automatically, and the class then appears in My Learning.
How do 1:1 lessons work?
Private one-to-one lessons are booked through Preply, which handles the scheduling and payment. Visit the 1:1 Korean Lessons page and follow the link to choose a time that suits you.
How do I access my learning materials?
Everything for a class you are enrolled in — Zoom link, lesson materials and any recordings — lives in My Learning. Log in and open the class to find it all in one place.
